Dr. Park is amazing and Maggie at the front desk is so friendly. Everyone is so nice at this clinic. The hygienist... Jessica did cleaning for my 4 year old girl and it went through so smoothly and my girl was so happy at the end. I’m glad I’m with Metro Dental. Highly recommend this clinic for adults and children as young as 2 year old coz my child started at 2 and now she’s 10 and we’re still with Metro including my other kiddos 👍 thank you metro dental for such amazing service.read more

I had a fantastic experience today at Metro Dental Care where I got a filling done. From start to finish, their service... was exceptional. Firstly, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They promptly helped me schedule an appointment and answered all my queries. The clinic ambiance was also very inviting, making me feel relaxed and comfortable.My dentist was incredibly thorough and skilled. He carefully examined my teeth and explained the treatment plan clearly. Throughout the filling procedure, he was very patient and ensured I felt comfortable. Most importantly, the results of my filling were outstanding! I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome and grateful for the Metro Dental Care team's expertise and care.Overall, I highly recommend Metro Dental Care. If you're looking for a dental clinic that delivers high-quality service and makes you feel at ease, this is definitely an excellent choice!read more

I am a new patient with Metro Dental and for my first visit I had a molar removed. At a time where currently the world... is in a pandemic they still are taking care of emergency dental work which is awesome and I am thankful for. This tooth has been driving me crazy for the last 5 months and I was finally fed up with the pain it was giving me. The staff were all kind and professional, they also took me in on short notice. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable and quickly got my x-rays done to share with the doctor. After review of the x-rays I was given a couple different choices in which I decided myself that I wish to get the tooth completely removed. It took a few needles to freeze me up ( as expected ) but after the freezing and a short wait time I was ready for extraction. I barely felt any pain during the procedure and overall I had a great first visit and would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. I will now be setting up any dental work I require with this awesome team. Thanks again.read more

Dr.Lam is a godsend. Very warm demeaner and makes you feel safe and heard. She spent the time to make sure my teeth... were left healthy and aesthetically beautiful. such a gem!! and her staff are also very friendly.read more

This is such a great dentistry. I had all my wisdom teeth removed there. Not a single issue. Very clean. Amazing staff... who actually chat you up, and are interesting. Very friendly, uplifting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them. I've had nothing but good experiences since becoming a client back in 2017.read more

I love Ting (hope I spell it right)! He makes the whole cleaning process so easy. He would make you feel at ease. He... always checks and sees if I was doing ok. He's very gentle and detail oriented. I would highly recommend Ting to anyone who needs their teeth cleaned. Also, everyone else in the office was super nice and friendly and helpful!read more

Very clean office, comfortable chairs, water bottles available if you require hydration. Overall, the look of the... office is very pleasing. The reception desk have warm, friendly folks. Andy's really great too and will get you whatever information you need - excellent customer service. Pricing seems to be relatively aligned with the Alberta requirements (there's a PDF somewhere if you want to look it up). Admittedly, I am not a huge fan of the service behind the scenes though. I have been met with passive aggressive and/or patronizing staff from all the professions within - one hygienist was very kind, but still lectured me. I don't know if it is because they're unhappy, busy, and/or they see me as some child and believe I need a lecture on my teeth. To clarify, I am in my 30s - not here for a lecture, but if you have tips, great. They're also adamant that you come back for a cleaning in 6 months and I am not entirely certain its for my teeth health or for my insurance monies - I can say that it feels like the latter. I am uncertain if I want to come back - probably won't after leaving this review, haha.read more

I saw a Halloween event on Facebook, to help introduce your child to the dentist. I thought it was the perfect... opportunity to bring my 3 year old in, and check the place out. The party was a great success. Tin brought us back to a room, and showed us all the tools. My daughter loved it, and felt very comfortable with him. I decided to book her first official dentist appointment!! I do not regret this decision. They took her back by herself and kept me updated. She did great!! The staff at reception were so great with any questions I had, and getting everything all set up.The dentist (though we had a brief interaction) was lovely and informative. She humored my daughter as she talked about princesses and paw patrol, while talking to me about what she saw. I can't wait for my daughters next visit!read more

Every time I've come it's been a great experience. The front end staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. I've... had two different hygienists and they're super easy to get along with and do a great job! (Recommend both Lily and Brenda). I've seen a couple different dentists here, which is different as I don't have a set dentist. But that doesn't bother me personally. All the dentists are super friendly too and dont make you feel like they're trying to find every cavity they can. Will keep coming to this dental clinic for sure!read more
